We currently ship our products within the United States.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use different carriers depending on where you are located. If you know of a carrier that you cannot receive from, please let us know.

How long will my order take?

It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped typically take 3-5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

United States Orders (Continental) = FREE SHIPPING

Hawaii and Alaska = Calculated at Checkout

Canada, United Kingdom, France = Calculated at Checkout

Do you offer overnight shipping?

No, not at the moment.

How long before an order is processed?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise indicated during checkout, of the time you placed the order (excluding weekends). 

When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirming your shipment.

How do I cancel my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Please send us an email support@quietpunch.com and we'll do our best to help you cancel the order.

If the package was already shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

How can I update/change my shipping address for an order?

You can update your address by sending us an email at support@quietpunch.com

If your package has already been shipped we, unfortunately,  cannot update it.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation which will include the tracking number so you can follow its progress. 

Please note it can take 1-2 business days for your tracking to update.

How can I change/edit my order?

Please contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, we'll do our best to adjust your order but if it's already been shipped out there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do.

My order says delivered but I still don't have it

Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbors, looking in your backyard and calling your local carrier office to see if they’re holding the package for you.

If your order still has not arrived after 2 days of being marked as delivered please reach out to us at support@quietpunch.com and we will file a claim which may take up to 12 days for a resolution.
