We use UPS Ground for all of our shipping.
How long will my order take?
It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped typically take 3-5 business days.
Orders placed: Friday 11am to Sunday midnight - shipped Monday
Monday to Tuesday 12pm - shipped Tuesday
Tuesday after 12pm to Wednesday 12pm - shipped Wednesday
Wednesday after 12pm to Thursday 12pm - shipped Thursday
Thursday after 12pm to Friday 12pm - shipped Friday
Should our orders increase in size we will revamp this schedule!
How much does shipping cost?
Contiguous USA Orders = FREE SHIPPING
Hawaii and Alaska Orders = Calculated Shipping
Canada Orders = Calculated Shipping
Do you offer overnight shipping?
No, we currently only offer UPS Ground.
How long before an order is processed?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of the time you placed the order (excluding weekends).
When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirming your shipment.
How do I cancel my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Please send us an email email@example.com and we'll do our best to help you cancel the order.
If the package was already shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.
How can I update/change my shipping address for an order?
You can update your address by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your package has already been shipped we, unfortunately, cannot update it.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation which will include the tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Please note it can take 1-2 business days for your tracking to update.
How can I change/edit my order?
Please contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, we'll do our best to adjust your order but if it's already been shipped out there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do.
My order says delivered but I still don't have it
Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbors, looking in your backyard and calling your local UPS office to see if they’re holding the package for you.
If your order still has not arrived after 7 days of being marked as delivered please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to take care of you.
