We currently ship our products within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
We use UPS Ground for all of our US shipping, UPS Standard for Canada Worldwide for the United Kingdom.
It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped typically take 3-5 business days.

Tuesday after 12pm to Wednesday 12pm - shipped Wednesday
Wednesday after 12pm to Thursday 12pm - shipped Thursday

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise indicated during checkout, of the time you placed the order (excluding weekends).
When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirming your shipment.

If the package was already shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.
How can I update/change my shipping address for an order?

If your package has already been shipped we, unfortunately, cannot update it.
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation which will include the tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Please note it can take 1-2 business days for your tracking to update.
Please contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, we'll do our best to adjust your order but if it's already been shipped out there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do.
Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbors, looking in your backyard and calling your local UPS office to see if they’re holding the package for you.
If your order still has not arrived after 2 days of being marked as delivered please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a UPS claim which may take up to 12 days for a resolution. Please allow more time for international shipments. (outside of the United States)
